Precision CNC Parts:Why does the Machining Accuracy of Precision CNC Parts Deteriorate?

Precision CNC machined parts almost determine the quality of the product. The more precise the hardware parts, the higher the precision requirements. So why does the precision of precision hardware parts deteriorate? The following are from precision machine parts manufacturers:

The first factor is the poor machining accuracy of the part itself. Generally speaking, if the dynamic error between shafts is not well adjusted during installation, or changes due to wear of the shaft drive chain, the accuracy of the part will suffer. In general, the accuracy check problem caused by this error can be solved by readjusting the compensation amount. If the error is too large, even if an alarm occurs, it is necessary to check whether the speed of the servo motor is too high.

The second is the excessive roundness caused by the linkage of the two axes, the improper adjustment of the machine tool, resulting in circular axial deformation, incorrect compensation of the helical clearance of the axis, and offset of the axis positioning, which may affect the accuracy of precision parts. make an impact.

Third, the overshoot of the machine tool during operation will also affect the machining accuracy. This may be because the acceleration and deceleration time is too short. Properly extend the replacement time. Of course, it's also likely that the connection between the lead screw and the servo motor is loose.

The precision CNC machining industry has always been a labor-intensive, capital-intensive and technology-intensive industry with high industrial barriers. The machining process of precision parts has extremely strict requirements. Carelessness in the machining process will cause the workpiece error to exceed the tolerance range, and it is necessary to rework or scrap the blank, which greatly increases the production cost.

Why does the Machining Accuracy of Precision CNC Parts Deteriorate?

First of all, in terms of size requirements, we must strictly follow the shape and position tolerance requirements of the drawing for processing. Although the parts processed and produced by the enterprise are not exactly the same size as the drawings, the actual size is within the tolerance range of the theoretical size, and they are all qualified products and can be used.

Secondly, according to the equipment requirements, use equipment with different performances for roughing and finishing. Since the roughing process cuts most of the parts of the blank, when the feed rate is large and the depth of cut is large, the workpiece will generate a lot of internal stress. At this point, it cannot be completed. When the workpiece is completed within a certain time, it should be worked on a high-precision machine tool so that the workpiece can achieve high precision.

Once again, the machining of precision parts often has surface treatment and heat treatment processes. Surface treatment should be carried out after precision CNC machining. During precision CNC machining, the thickness of the thin layer after surface treatment should be considered.
